Sleeps 8 comfortably, and up to 4 more if couches, the recliner, and fold-away bed are used. (Bear in mind, there is only one bathroom!)

Guests enter the front door to the spacious living room of this split level home in Mansfield, Ohio. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. (Bedroom 1 has a desk/workspace.) The newly-remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and laundry room are downstairs. New pet-friendly flooring throughout! Throughout the house, we have Mansfield-themed items and wall decor.

Free parking for guests on premises. Large paved parking area in backyard could accommodate a trailer heading to a motorcycle race! (Host needs to maintain access to detached garage at the back of the property, specifically the bay nearest the driveway edge.)

I give my guests space but am available when needed. (I live next door.) I try to set up the house so that guests will have what they need handy, but barring an emergency, I should be close by if help is needed!

Safety:

We have a Carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarms, and a ring system on premises (doorbell and backyard floodlight). There is a potential for some noise, as the property is near a state route, but is in a normally-quiet residential neighborhood.

This space is unfortunately not handicapped accessible due to stairs to the bedroom area.

Located minutes from I-71 and US 30, several minutes from downtown Mansfield. Close drive to numerous eateries and attractions!
